KMC Mayor Race: Balen Shah continues leading the vote count

KATHMANDU, May 15: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently leading the vote count.
Balne is leading the vote count with 1,575 votes. His nearest contender was Keshav Sthapit who garnered 985 votes.
Likewise, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate for the post has collected 825 votes.
Similarly, candidates of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) got 191 votes and Bibeksheel Sajha Party collected 23 votes.
