KATHMANDU, May 21: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is holding a press conference at his official residence in Baluwatar on Friday afternoon. 

PM Oli is facing the media persons at a time President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s call for new government formation is being criticized by opposition parties and legal experts citing it is an unconstitutional move.
