Two Buses Collide on Narayangadh-Muglin Road, Traffic Halted

Chitwan. Two buses collided at Jalbire on the Narayangadh-Muglin road section, completely obstructing traffic. The road, which had resumed operation since early this morning, has been blocked again due to the accident. The District Administration Office had prohibited the operation of all types of vehicles on this road section from 10 PM last night for security reasons. Although the prohibition was lifted and the road was cleared early this morning, the accident occurred shortly after, leaving passengers stranded midway. Around 25-26 passengers from both buses were injured and have been sent to Bharatpur for treatment. A joint team of the Armed Police Force Nepal Disaster Management Training School, Kurintar, and Nepal Police has been deployed to clear the blocked road. The Road Division Bharatpur has requested drivers to avoid haste, drive at limited speeds, and strictly follow lane discipline, anticipating an increase in vehicular traffic.
