Nepali Congress Active Membership Update Deadline Today

Kathmandu. The deadline for updating the active membership of the Nepali Congress is only today. According to the party, membership can be updated until 12 midnight today, Jestha 28. Mahamantri and convenor of the membership management central committee, Pradip Paudel, has appealed to all active members who have missed out to update their membership within the stipulated time as the deadline will end with midnight today. According to the party, out of a total of 782,209 eligible active members, 457,366 had received ACID by yesterday evening, Jestha 27. The party has also informed that an additional 124,748 individuals have participated in the update process by submitting the update form themselves. Mahamantri Paudel urged all active members to complete the update process immediately without waiting until the last moment, as technical problems may arise if too many people fill out the form at the last minute. He stated that arrangements have been made for every active member to easily update their membership from their own mobile through the Congress website, and urged them to update on time by taking help from the ward president or a knowledgeable person if they do not know the process. The Nepali Congress has been conducting an active membership update campaign online with the aim of making membership management digital and organized. The Nepali Congress central office has stated that the active membership update campaign is progressing enthusiastically in the villages, despite some leaders trying to obstruct it. Leaders have said that in the past, some memberships may have been fake as others filled out the forms, and now that it has to be filled online by oneself, the details of actual memberships are being prepared. The system of not properly archiving other details besides the member's name in the past is ending, and members' basic details are being organized and updated through a digital system.
