Rastriya Swatantra Party's Anand Bahadur Chand Wins Kailali-5 Constituency Seat

Kailali. Anand Bahadur Chand, the candidate from the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has been elected from Kailali Constituency No. 5. Chand, who secured 31,953 votes, defeated former minister and candidate from the CPN (Communist Party of Nepal), Prem Bahadur Ale. Ale received 7,876 votes.

In the same constituency, Nepali Congress's Nar Narayan Shah came in second with 11,958 votes. Former Minister Ale finished in third place. The Office of the Chief Returning Officer has declared Anand Bahadur Chand the winner.
