Kaski Police submit investigation report against Rabi Lamichhane

Kathmandu, December 16 —The Kaski Police have submitted an investigation report against Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President, Rabi Lamichhane.

The report, which includes a recommendation for prosecution, was handed over to the District Government Attorney's Office, as confirmed by DSP Basanta Sharma of the Kaski District Police Office.

The investigation report, which spans 600 pages, includes a recommendation to charge Lamichhane and 51 others as defendants.

Five individuals are currently in custody, while nine others who were previously arrested are also named as defendants.

The police have suggested that additional individuals be charged as fugitives.

The charges against Lamichhane include cooperative fraud, organized crime, and money laundering, according to the police's recommendation.
