Kathmandu–The main opposition Nepali Congress has expressed concerns and condemned an attack on security personnel Kalpana Khadka.
A group of some people sprinkled petrol and set fire to her while in the line of duty in Bharatpur municipality-12 in Chitwan district.
Khadka injured in the attack is receiving treatment at a local hospital. Issuing a statement by NC chief whip Bal Krishna Khand, the NC wished for a speedy recovery of Khadka, and demanded that the government brings the attackers to justice and provides free treatment for the victim.
