Reinstating Hindu state must be discussed in Parliament: RPP Chairman demands

Hetauda (Makawanpur)- Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairperson Kamal Thapa has demanded that an issue of restoring Hindu state should be made the part of deliberations that will begin in the Parliament from tomorrow (Sunday) on the constitution amendment proposal.

He was speaking at a press conference in Hetauda in Makawanpur on Saturday.

In a different context, the former Deputy Prime Minister accused the incumbent government of being apathetic to resolving Madhes issue, of promoting corruption, and adopting self-surrender attitude.

He also informed that the RPP would launch Mechi-Mahakali nationwide campaign from next month for three months to seek people's mandate for reinstating Hindu state, and make people aware of national integrity and sovereignty.
