Fire destroys 30 houses

Galkot –At least 30 houses were destroyed in a massive fire today at Nabingau of Dhorpatan municipality-9 in Baglung.

The fire that started 2:00 am was taken under control after six hours, said a local Indra Shahi. 
A squad of Nepal Armies from the Hanumandhwaj Company and employees from the Dhorpatan Hunting Reserve worked collectively to put out the fire. It, however, caused no human casualty as the locals have already temporally migrated to warmer areas to avoid cold.

The NA personnel and reserve employees' timely interventions prevented the fire from further spreading and engulfing the entire village. The further details of the physical loss are awaited as police are waiting for the arrivals of the locals, the District Police Office, Baglung said.---
