Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Dr. Amresh Kumar Singh Expresses Doubt Over Budget Implementation

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Dr. Amresh Kumar Singh has said that there is no confidence that the upcoming fiscal year 2083/084 budget will be implemented. 

Commenting on the upcoming fiscal year 2083/084 budget in the House of Representatives meeting, MP Singh, stating that he is also a student of South Asian politics, called it a deflated balloon, saying that the budget is not made at 32-33 percent of GDP anywhere. 

'A deflated budget does not last long, so I do not believe this budget will be implemented,' he said sarcastically, 'The day after the budget is implemented, the country will become Singapore, Japan, Dubai'. 

As his time ran out while Singh was speaking and the mic was turned off, he returned to the bench from the rostrum.
