Parliamentary Committee Inspects Banepa Squatter Holding Center

Kathmandu. Members of the parliamentary State Affairs and Good Governance Committee have inspected the squatter holding center in Banepa. A team of 15 people, including Chairman Hari Dhakal, staff, and members, reached the holding center on Monday morning. The team has noted down the demands that need to be resolved immediately by the citizens of the squatter settlement living there. They have promised that the government will resolve the problem quickly. They have raised demands for the education of children, proper management for the chronically ill, and quick permanent settlement.
