Lalbandi Municipality Warns YouTubers Against Unauthorized School Entry

Sarlahi. Lalbandi Municipality in Sarlahi has warned of legal action against YouTubers who enter school premises without permission to make videos and conduct interviews.

Issuing a press release, the municipality stated that it has taken serious note of some individuals entering schools during class hours, unnecessarily filming videos, and interviewing teachers and students.

The municipality has taken this step based on complaints received from community schools. According to the municipality, discussions with school principals concluded that such activities have demoralized teachers and degraded educational quality.

The press release issued by the Mayor, Basudev Adhikari, states, 'The municipality objects to the act of broadcasting misleading information on social media without permission and without understanding the real facts. Such illegal acts are punishable by law, and concerned parties are hereby warned not to engage in such activities.'

The municipality has also urged all stakeholders to cooperate in making the school's educational environment peaceful and dignified. The municipality has clarified that anyone who enters school premises without permission and causes disruption will be prosecuted according to existing laws.
