Boy Dies After Being Crushed by Log in Humla

Humla. A boy has died after being crushed by a log. The deceased has been identified as 14-year-old Kavindra Budha of Sarkegad Rural Municipality-8.

Budha, who was studying in grade 7 at Nilkantha Basic School, Fucha, Sarkegad-8, died after being crushed by a log while he was out herding sheep, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police Shankar Khadka of the District Police Office.

While chopping wood, Dhanbir Sarki and Sukbir Sarki of Sarkegad-8, while overturning a log, the boy Budha was crushed by the log. He died at the scene of the incident, said Police Superintendent Khadka. Dhanbir and Sukbir have been taken into police custody.
