Pabaljang Pandey Elected Associate Vice President of FNCCI

Kathmandu. Pabaljang Pandey has been elected as the Associate Vice President of the Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). In the election held on Tuesday, Pandey was elected Vice President, surpassing his competitor Jyotsna Shrestha.

Pandey received 1,079 votes, while Shrestha received only 750 votes. Pandey was a candidate from the panel of the new president Anjan Shrestha. 

Previously, the Vice Presidents from District-City, Commodity, and Women categories have already been decided. Krishna Prasad Sharma and Dilsundar Shrestha from District-City, Nareshlal Shrestha from Commodity, and Gita Amatya from Women have been elected as Vice Presidents. 

Among these, both elected Vice Presidents from District-City are from Anjan Shrestha's panel, while the Vice Presidents from Commodity and Women are from Hemraj Dhakal's group.

With this, the election process of the FNCCI General Convention has concluded. The new executive committee will separately select the Senior Vice President and Treasurer.
