Adverse Weather Disrupts Domestic Flights in Nepal

Kathmandu. Domestic flights have been affected since this afternoon due to adverse weather. Due to adverse weather in various parts of the country including Kathmandu, domestic flights at Tribhuvan Airport have been affected, informed Teknath Sitoula, General Manager of the airport. According to him, flights to Simara, Pokhara, Biratnagar, and Bhairahawa are currently delayed. According to the Tribhuvan Airport Office, some international flights arriving from international sectors are also on hold in the sky due to adverse weather. The office stated that all domestic flights will resume once the weather improves.
