Rastriya Swatantra Party Secretariat to Convene Today to Discuss Organizational Expansion

Kathmandu. The Secretariat meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is scheduled to be held today. Party spokesperson Manish Jha stated that Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has called the meeting at the party's central office in Banasthali at 3:30 PM today. 

Six main agendas have been set for the secretariat meeting, focusing on the party's organizational expansion and preparations for the general convention. 

According to Jha, the meeting will primarily discuss the District Convention Procedure 2083 and make decisions regarding the formation of the General Convention Procedure Drafting Committee. Additionally, the agenda includes discussions on operating bank accounts to ensure financial transparency and management within the party. 

As part of completing the party's structure, the secretariat will also make decisions regarding nominations for the Central Commission, Advisory Council, Federal Leadership Forum, and various departments. In a new initiative, the RSP has also included 'Call for Experts' and 'Call for Plans' as key agendas for the meeting. 

Furthermore, under miscellaneous topics, Jha mentioned that there will be detailed discussions on the organizational responsibilities of House of Representatives members, preparations for the upcoming central committee meeting, and technical support and levies required for the parliamentary party.
