Seven killed in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza

Gaza. Gaza's civil defense rescue service reported on Saturday that seven people were killed in Israeli airstrikes in the Palestinian territory. It is reported that Israel fired two missiles near a police station in the Al-Bureij refugee camp.

Six bodies were brought to Al-Aqsa Hospital in central Gaza, and seven injured individuals were admitted for treatment, with four of them reported to be in critical condition. One person was reported dead and two injured at the nearby Al-Awda Hospital.

Two years after the cross-border attacks began in 2023, Israel and Hamas have been accusing each other of violating the ceasefire that came into effect on October 10.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 738 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire began. Meanwhile, the Israeli military has reported that five soldiers have been killed since the start of the ceasefire.

AFP reported that international press are still banned from entering by Israeli authorities due to media restrictions in Gaza.
