CPN-UML Strongly Opposes Government Decision to Ban Student Organizations

Kathmandu. The CPN-UML has strongly opposed the government's decision to dissolve and ban student organizations. The party's secretariat meeting, held on Friday at the central office in Chyasal under the chairmanship of Acting Chairman Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal', condemned the decision. 

The party also clarified that the parliamentary party leader was elected through democratic processes and that there was no external interference.

The meeting further condemned the planned cyberattacks against party leaders and cadres, demanding legal action against those responsible.
