Impersonator Arrested During SEE Exam in Makwanpur

Makwanpur. A fake examinee has been arrested in Makwanpur for taking the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) on behalf of another student. On Friday morning at approximately 8:00 AM, police apprehended the individual at the Solidarity Secondary School examination center in Hetauda-10, Bhutandevi.

The arrested individual is 18-year-old Biraj BK, a permanent resident of Marin Rural Municipality-4, Sindhuli, currently studying in Grade 11 at Hetauda School of Management and College in Hetauda-4. According to the District Police Office, Makwanpur, it was revealed that he had pasted his own photograph onto another student's admit card to sit for the exam.

District Police Office, Makwanpur spokesperson Pushkar Bogati stated that upon further investigation, it was found that BK had used the admit card belonging to 19-year-old Ankish Shrestha, a resident of Padampokhari, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-12. Police confirmed that both individuals involved in the incident have been taken into custody at the District Police Office, Makwanpur, for further investigation.
