CPN-UML appoints Prem Dangal as National Assembly parliamentary party leader

Kathmandu. The CPN-UML has appointed Prem Dangal as the leader of its parliamentary party in the National Assembly. According to National Assembly member Somnath Poudel, parliamentary party leader Ram Bahadur Thapa 'Badal' designated Dangal as his representative for the National Assembly.

Immediately after being elected as the parliamentary party leader on Wednesday, Thapa appointed Dangal as the National Assembly party leader. It is customary for the parliamentary party leader to appoint a representative to the National Assembly, which currently has 10 CPN-UML members.
