Pokhara to Host 'NADA Presents WADA Auto Show 2026' Featuring Vehicles and Modern Technology

Kaski. A grand exhibition of vehicles and modern technology, the 'Second NADA Presents WADA Auto Show 2026,' is set to be organized in Pokhara, the tourism capital of Nepal. Presented by NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal and organized by the Western Region Automobile Dealers Association (WADA), the exhibition will run from Chaitra 11 to 15 next.

The Pokhara Metropolitan City is the promoter of this fair, which will be held at the playground near Talbarahi Chowk in Lakeside, Pokhara, while Global Exposition and Management Services (GEMS) is responsible for the management.

This year's auto show is expected to feature extensive participation across various vehicle segments and brands. The fair will display four-wheelers from 16 brands, light commercial vehicles from 6 brands, two-wheelers from 10 brands, and one heavy commercial vehicle.

In addition, organizers stated there will be a total of 20 special stalls, including those for lubricants, tires, garage equipment, and other accessories, as well as financial institutions. Products from renowned international brands such as Ampere, Ather, BYD, Chery, Hyundai, Kia, MG, Nissan, Suzuki, and Tata will be available for viewing at the fair.

A 'Vintage Car Show' has been included as a special attraction this year. This show is being organized with the objective of informing the new generation about historic old model cars driven in Nepal.

Modern robots will also be displayed at the fair for those interested in technology. Attractive robots such as the Unitree G-One humanoid robot, Unitree Go2, and Chankhe will provide the general public with an experience of new technology.

The organizers expect around 45,000 visitors during the five-day exhibition. This fair is believed to serve as a bridge to strengthen the auto business and increase access to the regional market.

In the current era where transportation means have become a necessity rather than just a luxury, the main goal of the fair is to facilitate direct dialogue between businessmen and consumers. Furthermore, the organizers stated that this fair will be a common platform to seek solutions to business problems observed at the local level.

To encourage digital payments among visitors, a special cashback system has been arranged through Khalti App and UnionPay. Accordingly, 50 percent cashback will be available for the first 100 general ticket purchasers each day, and 100 percent cashback will be available for the first 100 students.
