Dhangadhi Metropolis Directs Private Schools Against Unauthorized Textbook Changes

Dhangadhi. The Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has directed institutional schools not to change textbooks without permission. This directive has been issued through a letter from the City Executive Office.

According to the Sub-Metropolis, this decision was made after receiving complaints that changing textbooks in every academic session places an unnecessary financial burden on parents. It has now been clarified that no school can change textbooks without the prior approval of the Sub-Metropolis.

The notice states that if any school is found to have changed textbooks without permission, action will be taken according to prevailing laws. This directive is expected to reduce the financial burden on parents and bring transparency to school management.

The Sub-Metropolis stated that it circulated a notice to all private schools in Dhangadhi on Monday instructing them not to change textbooks arbitrarily.
