Free Health Camp Organized in Jhapa's Bhadrapur Municipality

Jhapa. A one-day free health camp was organized on Chaitra 3 at Arniko Secondary School in Hatimara, Bhadrapur Municipality-3, Jhapa district.

The health camp was organized on the occasion of the 25th establishment day (Silver Jubilee) of the Armed Police Force Nepal No. 1 Barah Battalion Headquarters, Pakli, Sunsari, organized by No. 2 Battalion Jhapa in collaboration with B & C Hospital, Birtamod, and Field Hospital, Pakli.

The health camp, conducted under the chief guestship of Bhadrapur Municipality Mayor Ganesh Pokharel, was attended by Armed Police Superintendent Ambika Prasad Joshi, Commander of No. 2 Battalion Jhapa, ward chairpersons of Bhadrapur Municipality, doctors from various hospitals, and heads of various offices of the Armed Police Force Nepal stationed in Jhapa district.

With the objective of providing free health check-ups to border residents and locals residing in that area, 315 people, including 175 women and 140 men, received health examinations and free medicines were also distributed during the health camp program.
