Nepali Congress Secures 17 Seats in House of Representatives Direct Election Results

Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress has secured victory in a total of 17 constituencies in the direct election for the House of Representatives.  

As the final results from 150 constituencies across the country were announced, the Nepali Congress was confined to 17 seats.

There is currently no lead for any Congress candidate in the remaining 15 constituencies where counting is ongoing.

5. Sandeep Rana – Palpa-1 (18,336 votes)
6. Narendra Kumar Kerung – Panchthar-1 (17,233 votes)
7. Janak Raj Giri – Bajura-1 (17,173 votes)
8. Bharat Bahadur Khadka – Doti-1 (14,897 votes)
9. Prakash Singh Karki – Solukhumbu-1 (13,166 votes)
10. Basana Thapa – Dailekh-1 (12,372 votes)
11. Santosh Subba – Tehrathum-1 (11,561 votes)
12. Bharat Kumar Swar – Achham-1 (10,759 votes)
