Rastriya Swatantra Party Takes Lead in Dadeldhura House of Representatives Election

Dadeldhura. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has maintained its lead in Dadeldhura for the House of Representatives election.

In Dadeldhura, the sole constituency, Tara Prasad Joshi of the Rastriya Swatantra Party has taken the lead with 1,286 votes. The Nepali Congress had remained undefeated in all parliamentary elections in this constituency since 048 BS.

Nainsingh Mahar of the Nepali Congress, who was in third place during the initial vote count, has secured the second position with a narrow margin, obtaining 870 votes, while Man Singh Mal of the Communist Party of Nepal is in third place with 843 votes.

Chakra Prasad Snehi of CPN-UML is in fourth place with 471 votes, and Govinda Khadayat of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has received 21 votes.
