Mourner Casts Vote in Tanahun After Father's Funeral

Tanahun. Voting for the House of Representatives election is underway across the country today. Subba Pantha, 58, who was observing the mourning rites in Byas Municipality-1, Mohoriyatar, Tanahun, has cast his vote. Pantha voted from the Jaladevi Secondary School 'Nga' polling center in Bhadgaun, Byas Municipality. He stated that his 83-year-old father passed away today, and he participated in voting after the cremation rites.

"I participated in voting believing that my single vote will help build the nation in this election held to establish good governance and change the current situation in the country. I have faith that my vote will be utilized properly," he said. One of his brothers, Ramkrishna, is abroad for foreign employment. He mentioned that his two other brothers, Krishna and Rishiram, are outside the district.
