Voting Resumes at Dolakha Polling Station After Disruption

Kathmandu. An agreement has been reached to resume voting at the Golmeshwor Secondary School polling station in Tamakoshi Rural Municipality-4, Dolakha. Bagmati Province DIG Deepak Regmi informed Ratopati that the consensus to restart voting was reached after an all-party meeting.

Police had fired one round in the air after a group attempted to assault the staff deployed at the polling station. DIG Regmi stated, 'An all-party agreement has been reached there to start voting; voting will commence shortly.'
