Provincial road construction launched

Surkhet –Karnali's Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi has launched the construction of the national pride provincial road. 

Chief Minister Shahi launched the construction of Dailekh – Dungeshwor – Dallu – Bhairavi – Byauli – Kalikot – Jumla – Mugu Gamgadi road that links Nagchelanga. He launched the construction by driving a dozer on the road. 

On the occasion, Shahi said the country would not be built by speeches and that all citizens must work. He also spoke of the policy on making Karnali province the first organic and second tourist destination in the country. 

Financial Affairs and Planning Minister Prakash Jwala said the province would formulate a development – friendly Public Purchase Act. The Minister was of the opinion that a situation where roads cannot be construction due to lack of budget must not be ever entertained.
