Chand-led CPN Maoist Udayapur in-charge arrested on charge of involvement in bomb explosion

Gaighat, Udayapur –The police have arrested Udayapur district in charge of Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) on the charge of involvement in bomb explosions. 

A team from the District Police Office acting on a tip off on Thursday picked up Ankul Raut of Triyuga Municipality-7 from a house of his neighbour where he was hiding following a bomb explosion in the district recently. 

Raut has been accused of masterminding various bomb explosions in the district. Investigations have started, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Megh Raj Adhikari. 

Earlier a week ago, a CPN Maoist party Jit Bahadur Pulami Magar was arrested on the charge of involvement in bomb explosions.
