New trade union emerges at NTV

Kathmandu – A new trade union has been established at the Nepal Television (NTV). 
The Nepal Television Employees' Union was recently registered at the Labour Office, as the second employees' union in the organisation. 

The union, established under the Public Enterprises Employees Association Nepal, is headed by Surendra Bahadur Basnet.

It comprises Shobha Shrestha as vice chair, Naresh Giri general secretary, Pradeep Basnet treasurer, Ram Kisan Mahato and Uma Dhital as secretaries and Hari Shrestha, Khilakraj Khadka and Ashok Basnet as members.
