Five found dead across Nepal

Kathmandu, March 9 — Five people have been found dead across various locations in the country, including two in Rautahat district.

In Rautahat, 73-year-old Phulmaya Majhi, a resident of Chandrapur Municipality-1, was found dead in a canal on Saturday in the same area.

Another body of an unidentified man, approximately 40 years old, was found on Saturday in a canal in Garuda Municipality-6, Rautahat.

In Kathmandu, 50-year-old Jumuna Tandukar, a resident of Chandragiri Municipality-14 Naikap, was found dead in her room on Saturday in Chandragiri Municipality-15, Dhungeadda.

In Saptari, 25-year-old Munita Kumari Mandal, a resident of Khadak Municipality-8 Musaharniya, was found dead in the Khadak River on Saturday.

Similarly, in Bhaktapur, an unidentified man, approximately 32 years old, was found dead in the Hanumante River in Srijananagar, Bhaktapur Municipality-1.

The police are conducting necessary investigations regarding these deaths.
