Prosecution’s arguments in Rabi Lamichhane remand hearing conclude

Butwal, January 23 — The prosecution's arguments in the remand hearing for Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane, related to the Supreme Cooperative fraud case, concluded on Thursday at the Rupandehi District Court.

Rupandehi District Court official Govinda Gyawali confirmed that the prosecution's statements had been completed. He also stated that the arguments from both the cooperative victims and Lamichhane’s side would be heard tomorrow.

He mentioned that Lamichhane was once again entrusted to the care of his family, just like the previous day.
