Gold price up by NPR 400 per tola

Kathmandu, January 15 — Following a slight increase in the international market, the price of gold has also risen in the local market. Today, the price of one ounce of gold is $2,675.18.

In the local market, the price of one tola (11.66 grams) of gold has increased by Rs 400.

On Sunday, the same quantity of gold was traded at Rs 155,000, while today, the price of one tola of gold is Rs 155,400, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.

Similarly, the price of silver has also risen by Rs 10 per tola. Today, the price of one tola of silver is set at Rs 1,830.
