Maoist Center's office-bearers' meeting postponed

Kathmandu, January 13 — The meeting of the office-bearers of the CPN (Maoist Center), which was scheduled to take place at 2 PM today, has been postponed.

According to Secretary Dinanath Sharma, the meeting was delayed due to incomplete preparations regarding the allocation of responsibilities to central committee members, specifically in relation to their assignments focused on local bodies.

Sharma stated, "The meeting was postponed as the necessary groundwork for assigning central committee members to local responsibilities was not completed."

He further informed that the rescheduled meeting will take place on January 15.

The central committee meeting held from December 6 to 8 had decided to assign responsibilities to all leaders, and this meeting was expected to finalize those decisions.
