Gold price up by NPR 500 per tola

Kathmandu, January 2 — The price of gold and silver has increased in the Nepali market on Thursday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold has been set at NPR 151,500 per tola (11.66 grams).

On Wednesday, the price of hallmark gold was NPR 151,000 per tola. Thus, the price of hallmark gold has increased by NPR 500 compared to the previous day.

Similarly, the price of silver has been set at NPR 1,790 per tola.

The price of silver on Wednesday was NPR 1,765 per tola, and it has increased on Thursday, as mentioned on the association's website.
