PM Oli wishes for success of 'National Campaign for Child Marriage-free Nepal'

Kathmandu, December 31 — Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has wished for the success of 'National Campaign for Child Marriage-free Nepal'.

During the meeting with campaigners at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar today, Prime Minister Oli wished the campaign for its success.

The campaign has been launched from today under the leadership of National Child Welfare Council.

PM Oli also signed a resolution to make the country child marriage free nation by launching a campaign against it as child marriage is a crime.

On the occasion, former Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Bhagawati Chaudhary, former Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary, founder of 'Just Rights for Children' of India, Bhuwan Rimbhu and among others were present.
