Harkaraj Rai appointed HoR Secretary

Kathmandu, December 31 – Harkaraj Rai has been appointed as the Secretary of the House of Representatives, Federal Parliament.
President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed him to the position. He is from Jhapa.
According to a press release issued by the President’s office on Tuesday, Rai’s appointment was made based on the recommendation of Speaker Devraj Ghimire, in accordance with Article 106 (1) of the Constitution.
