Bamdev Gautam mulls entry into CPN (US)
Kathmandu, December 30 — Former Vice Chair of the CPN (UML) Bamdev Gautam held discussions with former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Nepal Communist Party (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, regarding Gautam's possible entry into the party.
The meeting took place on Monday at the party's central office in Aloknagar.
During the meeting, Gautam recalled old memories and mentioned that discussions were also held about taking new steps forward.
He said, "Old memories were revived, and it was discussed that we must move towards a new horizon. Today it was postponed, but there is still a possibility of joining the party."
Gautam indicated that the possibility of him joining the Unified Socialist party remains open.
