Four killed in road accidents across Nepal
Kathmandu, December 30 — Four people have died in road accidents in Makwanpur, Pyuthan, and Bara districts.
In Makwanpur's Rakshirang, a Bolero pickup (Su Pra 01-001 Cha 2946) crashed, killing 56-year-old Shanta Bahadur Gomba. He succumbed to his injuries at Manahari Hospital. The driver has been arrested.
In Pyuthan, 78-year-old Ram Chandra Shah was killed after being hit by a motorcycle in Pyuthan Municipality-7. He died at District Hospital Bijuwar.
In Bara, a man, aged around 24, died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in Nijgadh Municipality-9. Police are searching for the vehicle involved.
In Rupandehi, a motorcycle accident in Siddharthanagar resulted in the death of 32-year-old Jitendra Basfor, who died at Medical College Bhairahawa.
Police are investigating all the accidents.
