New born found dead

Bajura –A new born was found dead in the Bhaunerako river in ward no. 2 of Badimalika municipality. 
The body of the new born was found trapped in a fishing net planted to fish in the river by locals, who informed the police about it on Tuesday. 

Meanwhile, the mother of the new born baby has been traced and arrested by police for necessary action, DSP at the District Police Office, Bajura Hari Bahadur Oli said. The baby has been cremated while an investigation is underway to find the reason behind the mother throwing away her baby into the river. 
She has been remanded into police custody following an order from the Bajura district court, DSP Oli said.
