Motorcycle swept away in Banasthali drain; rider missing
Kathmandu, September 27 — A motorcycle has fallen into a drain in Annapurna Chowk, Banasthali, causing concerns for the rider’s safety. According to SSP Binod Ghimire from the Valley Police Office, the incident occurred around 6:15 PM on Friday, involving a motorcycle with the license plate Ba 2 018 PA 2973.
While the motorcycle has been retrieved from the drain, the rider remains missing, prompting ongoing search efforts by local authorities. The police have not yet confirmed whether the motorcycle was carrying any additional passengers.
