Durga Prasain arrested

Kathmandu, September 22 — Medical professional Durga Prasain has been arrested by the police.
He was apprehended from Bhaktapur, as confirmed by a senior police official to Ratopati.
On September 18, the District Court of Kathmandu granted permission to arrest Prasain. A complaint has been filed against him under The Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 at the Cyber Bureau.
Along with Prasain, the court has also permitted the arrest of Jiwan Pandey from Baglung and Prakashchandra Dahal from Dhading.
