PM Oli departs for UNGA, DPM Singh takes on acting role

Kathmandu, September 20 — President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh as the Acting Prime Minister.

Singh has been tasked with overseeing the daily administrative duties of the Prime Minister during his absence.

PM Oli departed today for the UN Headquarters in New York to participate in the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
