Public complaints invited on Chief Justice nominee and proposed ambassadors
Kathmandu, September 19 — The Parliamentary Hearing Committee has called for public complaints regarding the recommendation of Prakashman Singh Raut for Chief Justice and the proposed ambassadors to two countries.
During a meeting held on Thursday, the committee decided to invite public grievances concerning the recommendation of Prakashman Singh Raut for Chief Justice, along with proposed ambassadors Chitralekha Yadav for Australia and Sewa Lamsal for Belgium.
Committee Chairperson Ishwari Devi Neupane proposed inviting complaints through government and electronic media. Following the approval of this proposal, she instructed the committee's secretariat to make the information public.
The committee meeting is ongoing to make decisions regarding the proposed ambassadors who have already undergone hearings.
