Ban on TikTok officially lifted

Kathmandu, September 6 — The government has officially lifted the ban on TikTok. The Nepal Telecommunications Authority has issued a notification confirming that all restrictions on the platform have been removed.

Following the decision made by the Council of Ministers on July 21, the authority has instructed all internet and mobile service providers to restore access to TikTok.

As a result, TikTok is now operational across all networks.
