Thulibheri municipality centre inaugurated; Dunai locals agitated

Dunai (Dolpa) - The permanent centre of Thulibheri municipality was inaugurated at Jufal in Dolpa on Thursday. 
The first municipal assembly of the municipality took the decision to shift the centre to Jufal from Dunai, shared Thulibheri Mayor Ganesh Bahadur Shahi. 
He urged the local people to not get confused over the transfer of centre as it was done to ensure convenient service delivery for all people as per the spirit of federalism. 
Meanwhile, locals of Dunai however had staged agitation while the centre was being inaugurated at Jufal. 
The agitating locals had enforced shutdown in the district headquarters for a week in protest of the transfer citing it a foul play.
