Scores injured as bus and truck collide at Simaltal

Kathmandu, September 1 — A bus and a truck collided this morning at Simaltal on the Mugling-Narayangadh road section in Chitwan.

The accident involved an Indian passenger bus, numbered AR 01-3674, traveling towards Narayangadh, and a truck, numbered Ga 2 Kha 1108, coming from opposite direction.

Inspector Nirala Bhandari of Mugling Police informed that several passengers, including the truck driver, were injured.

The injured have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
