Election Commission urges public to voice concerns on by-election candidates
KATHMANDU: The Election Commission has called upon citizens to voice their concerns regarding candidates participating in the upcoming by-elections in Ilam-2 and Bhajang-1, slated for April 27.
Today marks the deadline for lodging complaints, with the Election Commission accepting submissions from 10 am to 3 pm.
Should any complaints arise, the Election Commission pledges to review them promptly and deliver a verdict by 5 pm.
In Ilam-2, a total of 12 candidates representing various political parties, alongside eight independent candidates, have submitted their nominations. Similarly, Bhajang-1 witnesses 12 candidates from 12 distinct parties vying for the seat.
