Bagmati Province: Six Nepali Congress ministers resign
KATHMANDU: Six ministers from the Nepali Congress party have stepped down from their positions in the Bagmati Province government.
The resignations come after CPN (Maoist Center) terminated its alliance with Nepali Congress at the central level.
Among the outgoing ministers are Bahadur Singh Lama (Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning), Ram Krishna Chitrakar (Industry, Commerce, Land, and Administration Minister), Uttam Joshi (Health Minister), Masina Khadka (Forest and Environment Minister), Pukar Maharjan (Tourism Minister), and Tirtha Lama (Drinking Water and Irrigation Minister).
