Nepal sets a competitive target of 181 runs for Namibia

KATHMANDU: Nepal has laid down a formidable challenge for Namibia, setting a target of 181 runs in the fourth match of the tri-nations T20I series.

Choosing to field first upon winning the toss, Namibia's bowlers put up a commendable effort, limiting Nepal to a total of 180 runs while claiming eight wickets.

The Namibian bowling attack was spearheaded by Ben Shikongo, who proved to be a thorn in Nepal's side with three crucial wickets.

Jack Brussell also made his mark, taking two wickets, while Nicol Loftie-Eaton and Bernard Scholtz chipped in with a wicket each.

Kushal Malla showcased his batting prowess for Nepal, leading the charge with an impressive half-century, contributing 55 runs to the team's total.

Aarif Sheikh, Gulsan Jha, and Anil Kumar Shah also made valuable contributions, scoring 31, 26, and 23 runs respectively.
